Both programs pay only when real money moves on timber.bid — never for a signup, a name or a message. Pick yours; the details are below.
Tree companies · paid on every close
Marketers: stop selling marketing. Sell a full calendar.
The hardest thing to sell a tree company is another ads retainer. The easiest is work on the books. timber.bid is the fulfillment: homeowners post photographed, estimate-priced jobs — some with the customer's deposit already held before anyone bids. You bring the company, we fill their calendar, and every job your book closes pays you. That's the whole model: a book of accounts, and the cash flow that comes off it monthly.
The product you're selling their calendar
Jobs, not leads
Homeowners photograph the tree and get an instant estimate band — so what lands on your client's calendar is scoped and priced work, not a phone number to chase. The easiest pitch in home services: it costs them nothing to say yes.
Funded jobs close themselves
Customers can back a job with a refundable deposit before anyone bids. A calendar slot with money already committed is the retention story that keeps your accounts — and your cash flow — alive.
Zero fulfillment on you
No ads to run, no reports to write, no retainer to defend. Woody (our AI) does the onboarding follow-up and new-job nudges for every account in your book.
Cash flow, ledgered
Every account, every job, every dollar in one dashboard — deal shares, bounties and monthly Pro overrides, reviewed and paid monthly. A book you can read like a P&L.
Building the book, in three steps
Sign an account with one link.
Any tree company you already talk to — a client, a prospect who said no to ads, the crew that did your neighbor’s oak. Free for them, so the close is one sentence.
Their calendar fills; Woody does the account management.
Your dashboard shows every account and every job in the book — you never touch fulfillment.
The book pays you monthly.
A share of every close for each account’s first year, plus a monthly override on every Pro — recurring cash flow that compounds as the book grows.
This fits you if…
You run local SEO or Google Ads for home-service clients and want a revenue line that doesn't reset every month. You're an agency adding a rev-share product next to retainers. You sell anything to contractors and already have the relationships. Or you're building a book from zero — every town has tree companies, and the pitch costs them nothing.
The cash flow
25%
of our fee on EVERY job they win, paid to you for their first 12 months. They win work → you get paid.
$75
cash bonus the first time each company you referred closes a job
20%
of their $99/mo Pro subscription, every month they stay — ~$20/mo per Pro, forever
Book math, honestly: one $2,000 tree job pays you ~$52. A book of 10 accounts each closing 2 jobs a month is ~$1,000/mo of cash flow — plus ~$200/mo in Pro overrides that keep paying as long as they stay. The book compounds; the work of building it is one link per account.
Already selling leads to tree companies?
You sell a lead once. If it does not close, the company blames the lead — and you sell them another one. Here the same introduction keeps paying, and it only pays when they actually get paid, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to argue about.
$31.5
Route one $1,200 job to a company — paid once, when it settles.
$831
Onboard that same company instead, and they close 2 such jobs a month: the deal share across 12 months plus the $75 first-close bonus — about 26.4× the one-job referral, from the same introduction.
The company pays nothing per lead — our fee comes out of jobs they win, so there is no invoice for work that never happened. That is usually the easiest yes you will get from someone who has bought shared leads before. Bring the company, keep the account.
How payouts work (the fine print, up front)
You earn a share of the platform fees from real closed transactions — never a "yield," and never for signups or recruiting alone. One referral level, no chains. Payouts are reviewed and approved monthly; you're an independent contractor (1099).
Firewood · paid per deal
Connect a firewood buyer with a local seller. Get paid when it sells.
People are waiting for firewood right now, and the sellers near them are on Facebook Marketplace and in town groups, not on timber.bid. You bring them together. When the buyer pays on timber.bid, part of the fee is yours.
0 buyers are waiting right now
How it works
Find a seller near a waiting buyer
On Facebook Marketplace, in your town group, or someone you already know who splits wood.
Send them the buyer’s request
From your workspace on timber.bid/deals: the first message, then the request link once they answer.
Get paid when the buyer pays
When the buyer pays on timber.bid and the drop photo is in, your share is paid to your bank through Stripe.
Keep earning on the sellers you bring
A seller who sends their first offer from your link with a new account is yours. They get 14 days of Plus free; when they pay for a plan, you are paid from it.
What it pays
The rules
They keep your account in good standing and the buyers happy. One verified complaint ends desk access.
Use your own real account. One account, never a shared or bought one.
No bots, scrapers, extensions or scheduled messages.
At most 20 new seller conversations a day.
No link in your first message. Ask about the wood first.
Say who you are: "I’m helping a buyer in Foster find 2 cords."
Stop the moment someone says no.
You’re paid only on money collected: a deal the buyer pays on timber.bid with the drop photo in, or a paid month of a seller’s plan, never for a name or a message. Cash deals and free trials pay nothing. You’re an independent contractor; Stripe collects your tax details when you set up payouts.
